Employee development and participation
In its management system policy, SYC Demir Döküm commits to training programmes that continually support the development of its employees and to keeping employee satisfaction and commitment high.
The policy also provides for employee participation, training and the improvement of knowledge and skills for product safety. Which training is given and how participation takes place is discussed in the recruitment interview, depending on the position.

Which departments do people work in?
At SYC Demir Döküm, the stages from pattern and mould work to casting, machining, coating and quality control are within the same company. When an open position becomes available, it is published on this page; if there is no position, you can send your general application by email. The facility has the following departments:
- Pattern shop: 3D modelling and mould work.
- Core shop: cold-box and hot-box core production.
- Foundry: melting, moulding and fettling.
- Machining: lathes and machining centres.
- Coating: cataphoretic coating, liquid paint and wet enamel.
- Quality control laboratory: sand, metallurgical, metallographic and dimensional inspections.
