Coating is one of the stages in a part reaching its final product form. At SYC, cataphoretic coating and liquid paint are applied on the coating lines, and wet enamel in the enamel plant.

Cataphoretic coating
In general, cataphoretic coating is a painting method in which the part is immersed in a paint bath and coated with the help of an electric current.

Liquid paint
In general, liquid paint is a painting method in which liquid paint is applied to the part.

Wet enamel
In general, enamel is a glass-based coating. In the wet enamel method, the enamel mixture is applied to the part in liquid form and fired in an oven. SYC provides a wet enamel service in its enamel plant.
